By creating an account, accessing, or using Stonesight, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you use the service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

These Terms apply to all users of Stonesight web applications, APIs, and related services.

You are responsible for safeguarding account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate registration information and keep it current.

Stonesight may suspend access if account activity creates security, legal, or operational risk.

You agree not to use Stonesight to:

• Violate law or regulation.
• Upload malicious code, attempt unauthorized access, or disrupt platform availability.
• Infringe intellectual property, privacy, or confidentiality rights.
• Generate or distribute fraudulent, deceptive, or unlawful content.

Paid plans are billed according to your active subscription and applicable order terms. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or explicitly stated in a signed agreement.

You are responsible for taxes, duties, and similar charges associated with your use of the service.

Stonesight and its underlying software, models, workflows, documentation, and visual assets are owned by Stonesight and its licensors.

Subject to these Terms, you receive a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive right to use the service during your subscription term.

You retain ownership of data you submit. You grant Stonesight the rights needed to process that data to deliver, secure, and support the service.

Stonesight treats customer data as confidential and uses technical and organizational safeguards aligned with our security commitments.

You may stop using Stonesight at any time. Stonesight may suspend or terminate access for material breach, misuse, or legal necessity.

On termination, your right to use the service ends. Data export and deletion may be handled according to your plan terms and applicable law.

Stonesight is provided on an as-available basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, implied warranties are disclaimed, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Stonesight is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, or data. Aggregate liability is limited to fees paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Stonesight may update these Terms to reflect product, legal, or operational changes. Material updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.

Continued use after updates become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
